Community/Advanced LFG Window

Greetings all,

I have a problem I am hoping that someone here can help me with. When I try to use the "advanced looking for group" window I end up with the picture below:

I am using some modified UI elements but not a complete set, and nothing that should have an effect on this window. Any suggestions on how to make this functional would be greatly appreciated.
