You can screenshot the examine and cut it out later.

As for the data, you can either /say it or /beginchatinput it into your logs from which you'll extract it (search for posts by me about that -- I've examined the topic quite a bit).

Alternatively you can try OCR on the images but I've never done that so can't say how well it works.
