Completed quests not showing on the map

This may be coincidental, but last night I lost my internet connection and was booted. After going back in the game, all of my POIs were there and the maps looked fine, but whenever I complete a quest the solid blinking circle is missing for the NPC I need to return the quest too even though the NPC is showing on the map. Any ideas of what to do? Thanks.

The map magically works now. Didn't do anything on my end. It hadn't worked for the last 3 or 4 log-in's, but its working now.
