With the combonation of your mouse sitting in the center of your screen, the "use" button (user defined key), and look-up/look-down.... you can click doors/objects/chests/corpses.

You'll still need mouse interaction for certain selections, or special loot choices. Just Hit Enter technology only goes so far, but it's a good start
