Loading UI resources timed out after 10 seconds

Thanks everyone, is really boring to wait 10seconds for timeout everytime I zone.
Im looking forward for another findings.

to GM9 - I dont think that this is server side problem, because it can be reproduced every zoning. So if you think I can provide more informations, just let me know, what do you need.
