If you want one with no labels, I encourage you to open the file with a text editor and poke around, you'll probably be able to figure it out.

Um... no bank selector? The only thing different about the vertical-friendly hotbar is the change to the bank selector, so there's no reason you can't use one of the existing ones without a bank selector.
