Cannot get v. 1.0.13 to work

if it helps, I just ran the patcher again. Went into the options and re-downloaded all files.
now getting these errors

Unknown Error: EQ2MAP_Updater

at EQ2MAPUpdater.Options.Options_Closing(Object sender, CancelEventArgs e)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.OnClosing(CancelEventArgs e)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.CheckCloseDialog(Boolean closingOnly)Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

and the patcher seems to get into a loop, not everytime i try to close the windows it generates another error window and i have to go to task-manager to close them
