Buff and Debuff Bars

1) With my Buff bar ( Ie spells active has timers etc...) I have to /loadui everytime everytime I boot the game to see them, if I do this my hot bars get all messed up so I have to spend 5 mins fixing those. )

2) Also my other buff bar/debuff bar, wont move , no matter where I click on the screen.




Anyone know what is going on ?

2) Right click->windowsettings, uncheck locked and clickthrough
