DPS Meter

Hello all,
I was looking to find some sort of command/program that would report an individual's and/or group's DPS (Damage Per Second). I have seen one person that was able to do this through chat windows and bubble so entire group could see how much damage they were kicking out at the end of combat. Unfortunatley that person went LD in SH before I could find out the details on this really neat toy.

Any links, advice or input would be greatly appreiated.

theres already a Damage Parser thread.. as for reporting in-game.. i think he was just copy/pasting.
