Build 1.5 Change Log

Restructured the EQ2C_Settings.xml file, so that every thing that is common is grouped in the same node
Added a version to the EQ2C_Settings.xml file. If the versions don't match welcome to re-setup lol.
Added a more error handling and special error classes.
New Terms of Use welcome dialog.
Added Proxy support with or with out username/password
Started work on the plugin system.
