Journal - Quests always expanded

I have tried several different Journal UI mods and when you first open them at login or after zoning they are 'maximized'. Is this a setting option that I have to set or a UI issue? Currently using Profit but have noticed this in others that I have tried.

Last time I checked it was hardcoded and toggling the checkbox via a script OnShow didn't work. Was a while ago though, might be changed.
