Smaller Raid Window

I've just begun to raid and I'm having problems coping with the raid window size. It has to be as big as it is because of the names and class icons.

is an xp mod, but it is the right size for a raid window. With a mouseover the name can be displayed. The color of the bar (or arrow) could be one of the four colors representing the classes, if that is possible.
