Hotbar Spell Icon Tint During Spell Casting

Hey guys,

I was hoping you could help me out with something because I can not find what I'm looking for and I'm really hoping there is an option for what I want. I wanted to know if there was a way to disable the tint that occurs to all of your hotbar spell icons during the casting of a spell. That way it would make it much easier to see what's available to queue up. Any help or suggestions for an alternative would be appreciated it.
