Help please?

I read the common problems post and looked through a couple pages of posts, but didn't find my particular problem. I DL'd EQ2 Map. I am not running any UIs and have DL'd nothing but the sole EQ2 map.

When I double click on the EQ2 Map Icon, I get the message

Application Failed to Initialize Properly
Oxc0000135

Any suggestions please?

Please read the instructions, and common problems & solutions (again).
If you had you would see this.....

Problem:
I have downloaded the EQ2map updater and installed it. But when I try to run it I get the following Error Message "The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000135). I uninstalled it and downloaded it again. It still does the same thing.

Solution:
You must have The Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 or greater for this program to run
The Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 can be downloaded either from this direct download link or if you prefer you can get it from windows update.

and you would be up and running quicker =))
