StatBars:
*To open them you have to type or macro (case-sensitive and no quote marks):
"/show_window MainHUD.StatBar" for Top Stat Bar
"/show_window MainHUD.StatBar2" for Bottom Stat Bar
"/show_window MainHUD.ZoneLoc" for Zone Name Window

*To Move them grab the right or left edge..
*To change width of statbar for higher resolutions.. Open the Statbars folder in the main Tablets II folder.. Choose resolution and open that folder (ie 1280)..Copy the contents of that folder to your main TabletsII folder..
