If that installed any internet security apps it might be blocking the pictures. The pictures are loaded through a php script so some programs mistake the pictures for advertisements. So if you have any software that disables ads on the webpages you wont be able to see the interface pictures.

Thats all I can think of. I use FireFox and various versions of IE at work and never had a problem.
