Widescreen Letter box on bottom of screen only

Widescreen Letter box on bottom of screen only (not top). May be impossible but would be just what I need to make my interface just as I need it to be.

WELL... if all you want is a big black strip that sits under all the other windows ... thats totally possible.
i need to know how big tho.. if you want, take a screenshot of you current ui, open it in paint or whatever, and draw a black line where you want the bar to stop, then upload it here.. i can make ya one. Functionality would be a problem tho, it can either be on all the time (zoning/login too) or something where you would have to type /show_window mainhud.letterbox everytime you log in

We can control the position, but it screws up targetting.

Its not impossible.

/cl_letter_bow_position

Controls the split. 0 will put it at the bttom completely, 1 at the top completely, 0.5 will make it like normal.

Only caveat to this is it apparently screws up how the game draws the names over pcs/npcs so they will be lower than normal if you move it all to the bottom.
