Target/Player/Implied Target window

I would love to see someone make a window like the one at http://www.eq2interface.com/download...fo.php?id=4136
but with more detail, if you look at the picture it gives you the layout but when you actually try to use it, there are just 3 rectangles, one for target, middle one is player, and the bottom one is implied. They are just gray and boring...hoping to get, as i said before, one with a bit more detail.
