Findarato, I like the idea of a new tab on the persona window the best. Let me know if you come up with something.

I also find the inventory window slightly unintuitive but serviceable.

I have this extra chat window that keeps coming on at seemingly random times, that is smaller than the normal chat window, but i do not want it to be there, and i cannot get to close, any suggestions would be much appreciated

Drag one of your pre-existing chat windows onto the window you want to go away; then drag it back to the original position of the pre-existing one. Should work.
