Nope, haven't released an update for the last few minor window changes by SOE. Not sure when I'll get to these, they are extreamly minor.

Last I checked, the target ring files are overwritten by the client everytime you log in. Even if it is possible to retain changes to the ring files, max ring size isn't likely to be something you can change, nor is it likely you can attach data fields to the ring. At best you'd be able to change the graphic to include N, E, S, W directionals and stop it from spinning.
