Fatal error CLR: 80004005

Hey folks,

I got this error when I tried to install the EQ2Map. I have Frameworks
1.1, winXP.
I've completely uninstalled the EQ2Map and reinstalled but after it installed
it comes up with the error again. Very frustrating.
