But the journel is actualy xSilverFox's all I did was change the tab style, Figured I may as well use that one rather then spend hours working on my own again for it to just look more or less the same lol

As for rewards I havent actualy included a file for that window this time round as I am working on a smaller one atm

What happens is if the game cant find a file that is in the custom ui folder it will look for it in the default ui folder and hence load it from there..

Ive noticed a small problem with the ranged ammo slot. When ever I equip a quiver the UI allows me to do it, But when I go to unequip it the UI wont allow me to interact with it. Alls I can do is open and close it.

note: I made sure to take out all the arrows before trying to unequip

Oh aye, one thing Ive noticed for ages but keep forgettin to mention is, in options I cannot select the thingy to be able to choose myself in 3rd person view. Its in picking options in UI I think. Its just greyed out.

Is this your fault Laffs??

Options window is the default one with all my mods.... So nope its nowt to do with me

As for that ammo slot I will take a look at it... I havent seemed to have any problems with it likes all seems to work as intended

Ah, found some help on the official forums, which Ill post here in case anyone else is having the same problem!

Just add the following line to your eq2_recent.ini :

r_allow_player_picking true

Sorted!

Really great UI but I have one itsy problem. I had to change my resolution from 1280x1024 to 1024x768 and the performance really improved a lot, but now I can't find (see) my power bar. Everything else is fine. Am I just blind or is it hidden or how can I get it back? The health bar and casting bar are there, only the power bar is missing. Thanks for any help.

Hmm thanks for the heads-up m8 ... The Market one will be the main pain, and I will have a look at what the new defaults are with the others and see how bad / good they are... Realy I have only been modding what I have had to so to speak to keep the UI's running that I have as the changes are coming in so thick and fast I dont see much point in modding not often used windows again untill SoE quits making changes every month to them

I will revamp this Ui again properly once things have calmed down so to speak lol

Yups there will be an update the UK servers are getting patched right now.... Here we go again lol

So soon as I get the actual files I will fix whats broken and add whats new so to speak... Sory I dont have the time to fix stuff in advance via the test server files like some peeps do... So as usual please hang in there guys and I get this up and running again asap thanks

Had a thought btw, this might have already been done but Im too lazy to look

The hotbars, I find it hugely annoying having to click to undisplay titles, like alt and ctrl everytime I move a spell or ding. The only other ones Ive seen have nothing on at all, ie no numbers too. Is it possible to get one with JUST numbers on?? Gowaaaan!

Just numbers not possible unless you was able to set them all as say the primary hotbar ... So its either no numbers and stuff or numbers and stuff lol....

If you want one with none numbers aka labels then I can sharp do that for you np's and dump it in your little folder in the download...

As for the rest of the UI ie bits missing from windows and stuff like persona and examine and the search on the recipes window and such like, Some windows have been removed and use default now and others have been adjusted to suit....

Other little things are cropping up as I play and soon as I have caught them all I will bang the update out as nothing since LUD19 is breaking this UI so I dont see a real hurry atm ...... Next few days guys

Its real important that you delete the contents of the existing folder this time as you will have a few redundant windows left that could cause problems at a later date oks.

First let me say that I really love the UI. After LU 19, I couldn't play at all because of constant crashing; installed LL and the crashing was cured completely. I guess you can program better than SOE 8^)

There seems to be one bug, when the raid window is open, whether using the little hotkey in the interface or Alt r it acts as though the window covers the entire screen. In other words I can no longer mouse click on anything as it can only hit the raid interface. I may just be dumb here, but I can't figure out how to change it.

I have one suggestion/request. I play healers, and I really need to see when wards and debuffs wear off. Although I have a large monitor, the little icons below my name aren't really interpretable. I can see where this doesn't really matter to melee and others, but forme its a real issue as I can't tell when tp recast, and if I toggle spell worn off in a chat window, then on raids or even in a single group I get spammed. If there was any way to make these larger either permanently or with a toggle that would be great.

Heh the raid window. No you aint crazy, it actually DOES fill the entire screen, though the background is clear so you cant see it.

What I do (til lazy laffs fixes it) is make sure click through on the raid window is NOT enabled, move it to the left slightly, figure out where the right hand edge is, then I resize it so its just the group box sized. Repeat for the bottom to adjust the height.

Hope that makes sense.

I like your other idea too, I play a mystic and that would be handy. Plus Laffy aint made me anything new for ages!

Lol yeh that raid window drives me nuts as well hehe... But with some much changing havent gotten round to doing somthing else with it yet..

So what you want made bigger or with timers on is the maintained effects in the player window I have ? Is that correct ?

Yes that's the area that is just too small to follow. I play a mystic and an inquisitor. Both of then cast wards that, while they have a duration, are usually consumed by the damage stream before that time. As I can't see the ward icons clearly, it often get behind the curve on the tank, and as heals per se just aren't very effective that often ends in disaster. My debuffs are also pretty useful, and again it is tough to see when they end.

As far as I can tell, they appear in the small box below my character name where the maintained spells appear. If it makes a difference, I don't really care about the long duration or permanent spell icons, just the short duration ones that are cast in or immediately before combat.

Okies me understands exactly what it is your needing now... And that is possible but I think I may have to re-arrange that window somehow to fit larger icons in..

As for it just showing the short duration one's , sorry to my knowlage I dont think there is a way to filter long/short..

But I will see what I can do for yah's

Try this player window but please use it along with the other file here as well.

Only the Test server is up atm here, Onlything I think dont look right is the conc bubbles maybe and the small timer i placed on only the 1st maintained icon for now as I wasnt going to do all 30 if its not going to show properly due to lack of space...

Feedback needed please guys
