Ahh ok, I understand what you mean by the time now. I'm not sure on the problem with that one, either, because I haven't had it, nor seen anyone else have that issue before.

About the EXP, I do believe they are dotted. However, if you zoom in (I assume you did to check if it was indeed spotted), you can see that it does look vertically striped. I could be wrong, but I think it's just how they look sometimes - with small fonts, you lose the detail that could be easier to see at a larger size.
