help installing mods

so i wanted smaller HO window, smaller Hotbars, and better raid windows... am i supposed to make an eq2.ini file in EACH of them? cuz i only made one in my EverQuest 2 folder and nothing is workin. any responce on how to DL multiple sets of pieces and make em work properlywould be really appriciated.
