what could be causing this?

I'm working on a FetishTheme for Nightfall and have been just coloring most of the windows, with redoing a few of the graphics. I'm having an issue with one of the bars. I've made sure the graphics are seperated in the fetish_widgets1.dds file and can't figure out for the life of me what is going on here. There's an extra bar that shouldn't be there. It's on the character select, the mariner bell destination window, and prolly a few other places I can't recall atm. The extra bar is circled. Any suggestions?

Looks like the the framestyles.simple_frame just shrunk down to me.

how do I go about removing the extra bar? I know this problem is purly graphical. I tried adding just fetish_widets1.dds and fetish_widets2.dds to a fresh copy of Nightfall and had the problem. Completely removing the image from the .dds file takes care of the problem, but then the frame doesn't appear complete. I thought I had put all images in the exact same spot using copy and paste to place them.
