Cannot access EQ2.ini file

My Eq2.ini file is in the right directory...

here are the contents of my EQ2.ini file:

cl_ui_skinname customui
cl_ui_subdir UI/

There are 4 folders in my UI folder:

CustomUI
Default
EQ2maps
font

[taco-man]

check and make sure the eq2.ini file isnt read only.

[ray love]

Its not a read only

[Battlestalker]

Im having a similar issue, mine says.

Error Reading EQ2.ini File
System.UnauthorezedAccessException: Access to the path "C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II\eq2.ini" is denied.

Any ideas how to fix this?
