As said above, the data for actual XP numbers is not sent from SOE. So that is a no go as well.

As far as the damage numbers of the mob, do you mean the numbers that you see above the mob when they are hit that rise off the screen? If so, that is probably a font change that may be set in the default fonts.xml or somewhere else that deals with font sizing. Not sure if this what you are meaning.

Basically, on the data that CAN be displayed, you can look in the dynamicdata folder using UIBuilder. This will show all the data that is sent via SOE. If something is not listed in it, then it can not be modded due to server side only info.
