Coding Question

I am a fan of the 3/4 size icons, like many seem to be. I am a perfectionist with regards to how my UI looks/works, and I have made use of several windows from several authors as a result. Some of them updated their custom files within 24 hours of logging in. There are many to list, so I will simply thank all of them; as each has done excellent work. =D

My question is regarding the new tooltips. Everything displays properly, but the icons in the tooltips are default sized. As I play in 1280x1024 and favor smaller icons/text religiously, these looks monstrously huge!

I am not as proficient with the code in EQ2 as I was in the first game, so I am at a bit of a loss how I would change these icons to 3/4 size; which window to edit, etc. I don't know if it's possible, but I thought I might ask. =D Are there any suggestions as to how I could accomplish this?
