Tweaked UI

This is a collection of mods by various people downloaded from eq2interface.com, I have also included some mods that i have created myself, (guild, waypoint, examine, hotbar, group bar, knowledge book, skill window, persona window)

Updated: tweaked more windows, fixed some alignment problems.
