Confirmed issues are related to using previous version of the ThorUI.
You MUST be using ThorUI v4.8.6 then apply the ThorUI DoF Patch v1.0 (See attached screenshots as confirmation)

Quick guide on how to do this:
1.) Rename ThorUI to ThorUIold (This can be found in EverQuest II\UI\)
2.) Go here: http://www.eq2interface.com/download...fo.php?id=3859 and click on "Download Zip File" (Note: It isn't a zip file; it's an executable. eq2interface changed their layout recently, not my doing.)
3.) Choose "Run"
4.) The file will download then launch... (Note: You may get a security warning, simply choose run again)
5.) ThorUI Installer will launch. Click Next
6.) Browse to your EverQuest II directory by clicking the change button. (Be sure to browse to the EverQuest II directory, NOT THE UI FOLDER). Click Next
7.) Choose the options you would like then Click Next (There's alot but its worth your time trust me) Auto Updater coming soon will include screenshots as examples
8.) Verify then Click Next again
9.) Install process will take just a moment. Once complete Click Finish.

10.) Download the patcher by clicking here: http://thorui.thorsparks.com/ThorUI%...tch%20v1.0.exe
11.) Choose "Run"
12.) The file will download then launch... (Note: You may get a security warning, simply choose run again)
13.) ThorUI DoF Patcher v1.0 will launch. Click Next
14.) Browse to your EverQuest II directory by clicking the change button. (Be sure to browse to the EverQuest II directory, NOT THE UI FOLDER). Click Next
15.) Choose the options that coincide with your previous selection during the installer then Click Next
16.) Verify then Click Next again
17.) Patch process will take just a moment. Once complete Click Finish.

18.) Launch eq2map Auto Updater (It automatically detects you are now using ThorUI and will download all maps there)
19.) Login to EverQuest II and confirm all is ok

Note: The patcher was ONLY designed to be used with the latest ThorUI v4.8.6 If you're using a previous version, please update BEFORE using the patcher.
