Well TBH if you have not touched the performace panell then its not the UI that has caused the blur problem =/ .... Its your eq2_recent.ini file that holds your graphics settings....

All I can realy surgest is you uninstall the UI and and load up EQ with the default UI and see how it looks.... and if it not right then correct it from there and try again... This UI (if you dont press the performance panell buttons) will not alter your graphics settings in game..

Try what I said above if you still stuck post a screenshot and let me see what it looks like please .... Maybe I can help more from there
