Right to left filling maintained window

Thanks for the link, but I don't think this will work for me. It's much too small for 1600x1200, and the window not being resizable isn't ideal either. I was going to stretch the window above my main chat window, but that's never worked well due to the desire to place it as close to the top of the chat window as possible, and the chat window's invisible frame and titlebar always getting in the way when i try to right click the maintained window. Oh well, back to the drawing board.
