Default Runnyeye Telepad Zone Exit?

Greetings all!

My friend and I ran into a spot of bother down in Runnyeye last night, it was our first trip to the place and we bit off slightly more than we could chew!

Anyway, with EQ2MAP up, we broke the encounter and ran toward the telepad which is marked as being in the same room as the throne room zone point (top left corner of map). When we got there, we couldn't find the exit point, from what I can remember the map showed the exit to EL being pretty much opposite the throne room zone point, but on this version the zone is shown as being at the back of the room instead.

Was it just a simple case that we missed the zone point? If someone could confirm the exit exists it would be most appreciated. Is it simply a pad you run over to zone out, or do you have to double-click like other zone entries/exits?

Many thanks for any input that can be offered! We have to make the trip back to get our shards tonight, so I'm hoping for some good news!

Regards,

Vereign.

There is a quest you must complete before you can use that zone exit. I cant remember the name check out ogaming for it. The zone exit is a disk on the ground that you have to double click.

Thank you very much wikket!

I have done as you advised and have found the quest description!

It doesn't sound too difficult so we will attempt it before trying to recover our shards as I don't think my wards will last long enough for us to get the shards and run back through all the agro to zone out at the beginning!

Thanks once again for the pointer, much appreciated!
