Thanks. The whole Sullon Mines map is off a bit, it's too far to the south by a few yards.

I added some POI's for Sullon Mines including the zone entry point, and they show how the map is slightly off, as all three POI's are displayed as being in solid bedrock by about 10 feet.

Attached image shows how the zone in POI is off.

Were the two named you included in the heroic or solo version of the dungeon? I've only ever been in the solo version and have never seen any named at all.
