non-PC target H/Mp

Is there a way to see the actual health numbers of a mob? instead of a bar like |__|__|__|__|100% maybe something more like 900/900 |__|__|__|__| 100%

same for power
cause id like to see what kinda HP they have.. =o) ya know

?
