[Added] [Map] Blackhook Spiral: Stonebrunt Defile

Here's the map for Stonebrunt Defile, the first "real" dungeon in Scars of Destruction. The dungeon has a Solo, Heroic I, and Heroic II variant, but the single ImageStyle below works for all three. If we upload it as one map, that should also mean that POIs are shared between the three (nearly identical) dungeons.
