Well that didn't completely fix the problem. Same errors are back with an additional "Encountered data outside of container tags" error.

It appears that there is a typo somewhere and the game is looking for eq2ui_examine.xml but somewhere is is mis-spelled as eq2ui_examine_.xml.

I simply copied the correct spelled file to the incorrect spelled file and all errors disappeared. Not sure where the offending mis-spelled reference is.
