I was able to duplicate this and will look into it. I have never in the 10+ years of playing with Profit had the bag titlebars on so I have no idea how long this problem has existed. Short term fix is to go to window options for each bag and set frame and titlebar to none instead of frame only.

It happened when this new expansion came out. The bags were fine with the last expansion. /shrug
