I am not sure, but a complete reinstall did fix it, I only had DarqUI installed at the time, then as a test downloaded other ui's to see if it still crashed, and it did. This also happened on the test server in the days leading up to the release. A dev answered on the eq2 forums that it was a problem with the Experience UI.
