EQ2 Maps wont run

I got that from "Landiin's updater". I cannot see any RayID from the normal updater as it immediately gets and error msg box and then I can't do anything - so I can't scroll down and see what it is.

I've seen before where US sites block my IP thinking it's from China (it's a similar IP range) but I am coming from South America. In this "world-wide" economy, it's nice to know that discrimination still has it's place . I am not blaming you, and thank you for looking into it, I am just tired of Google trying to save the world from things that aren't broken.
