ProfitUI ongoing updates

I've updated all six search preset files for the ProfitUI Broker window.

Tradeskill Preset: All rares for ToT included and refined search results for Arcannium and Lumicite so as not to show status items with same name.

Ammo & Poisons: Combined Handcrafted and MC searches per tier. Added level 95 tier.

Spell & Recipes: Made categories easier to see and did same to all the files.

Consumables. Added Raffik items. Combined Handcrafted and MC searches per tier. Added level 90 HP & PWR Regen totems. Added level 90 Deadly Sabertooth Run Totem.

Storage: Made categories easier to see.

House and Status: Made categories easier to see. Fixed search for house expander.
