DrumsUI auto updater will not update since the latest Java update. It looks like Java moved everything from where it was to C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin. Able to launch from the website, but DrumsUI will not update the needed files do to launching from the website the program does not have the needed write permissions. For now you can try downloading the file manually to your PC:
http://updater.pala.de/drumsui.jnlp

Try Updater->Uninstall and then re-opening it afterward. Otherwise, you may have to just use this file locally to run/update for now.
