How do I give auto updater admin priv on Vista 64

I havent used this or EQ II in a while.
I went to update, and it told me I needed to give the updater admin priv, so I gave all EQ II admin priv, and went and added my username and the admin account to the allowed list.
It still isnt working so I must be missing something.

Missing write permissions!
Please run the updater again with administrator rights.
