WTB a raid window for healers

I have no idea how to make it but i know what i would like to see as a healer in the raid window.

I would like a clear background with enlarged healthbars and with moveable individual windows. Basicly a combo of the mods that are there now. An auto assist on that wouldnt be bad either but not sure how hard that is.
Hope someone reads this and helps me out
