Looking for a Templar group window

After I have got my PC back working again. I have reinstalled profit UI. I would now like a group window that has the following c2c, and curse also would like it to go horizontal on my screen. I have been looking at the page with them all, and downloaded one for a different UI.

I am a raider and as you know group window for healers (templar) is important.
I like the group window that comes with profit UI. I just would like to se if they or better ones I could get.
