Need to know your price range before I can really give a good recommendation...

So, how much are you willing to spend? Will it be AGP or PCI-E?

Are you thinking about SLI/Crossfire?

Here this guide is good to chose a new graphic card if you need one now ... if not i suggest you wait until some new "good for the price" video card supporting dx10 come out later in 2007

good luck

I personally like the NVidia PNY Verto GeForce 7900 GS PCI-Express: 256MB, GDDR3, HDTV, Dual DVI, S-Video Outputs

Works for MS Windows Vista, supports up to 2560x1600 resolution

Got one for about $150.
I have 2 in my PC. Every setting is up and it doesn't lag...although, I do have 4 GB of ram, which contirbutes.

EQ2 was made based on NVidia (that's why ATI have so much probs with EQ2), so if it's the only game you play, then you should get a NVidia.

Hope this helps a bit.
