• Fixed a bug where NPCs could fight other NPCs when they shouldn't.

Tower of Frozen Shadow: Umbral Halls

• Deception has lost its ability to become immune to damage.
• VhalSera should no longer heal below a specific threshold.

Tower of Frozen Shadow: Haunt of Syl’Tor

• Tserrina’s damage output has been slightly lowered.

Hold of Rime: The Fortress Spire

• The Barracks doors within The Fortress Spire should open more reliably when returning to the instance.
• The Abelbrow the Bookie should once again accept bets if returning to the zone.
• Bouont Crushingfist should no longer attack members of his own encounter.
• Rime Illusion items found around the docks have been made 1 charge. If you lose the illusion and need it again at any time you can return to the docks to get a new one.

• A new Aether Race has been added to Antonica, for the Qeynos City Festival!

ITEMS

• Multi attack on fighter and scout charms has been increased.
• Void Warped Wood is now Battle Warped Wood. This wood will now drop from Velious raid bosses.
• Added neck drops to easy and challenge mode raids.
• Added wrist drops to easy and challenge mode raids.
• Added item set to easy mode fighter earrings.
• Fixed a problem with DoV bows that would not allow them to be adorned.
