Advanced Compass Window

The compass window first shows with the 3 frames on top of one another.

Top frame is real time LOC coordinates.
Middle Frame is original comapss.
Bottom frame shows what zone you are in. Useful when you want to know what instance of a zone you are in.

Grabbing the bottom and resizing upward will return to the original looking compass window.

Grabbing the bottom right corner and rezing will adjust the window so that it is now horizontal.

I removed the slow shade that goes from the center to the outside of the original compass so it is now clearer.

made backdrop totally black
made loc and zonename windows same size as compass window
gave zonename 2 lines to display, so larger names will fit with instance number
fixed a bug that made the compass skip at North
