character select

ok on character select i have none of other characters listed and when i click on one it saids cannot find servers and boots me so i have to relog into eq2. so what do i have to do to get other characters on the character select page. im lost please help.

Sounds like SOE is patching the servers.
That's normal behavior when they are patching servers.

awe same thing is happening even after patch. can not figure this out. nothing on character select. how do i put my alts into character select boxes.
