Can you please make it so when you resize and max/minimize that it will save and can you give us the ability to NOT overwrite eq2ui_mainhud_map.xml

Thought saving its position was resolved in beta... I'll check on it.

If you check (make the chackbox check) any file in the MAP updater, it will not update that file unless it is missing. Thats Per the instructions at the top of the map page..

found another little oddity, not sure what caused it.

I run XP Pro SP2 and when i added the profitUI updater to the list of apps to run before EQ2 and then hit the Run EverQuest 2 button, not only did the updater run, but my document and settings\username directory opened as well...

The version string in About is 1.0.0.1 not 1.1

There is no point adding a Cancel button to Settings if it remember the settings you made

Oops, :P It shouldn't be really saveing the changes you canceled out of. It just didn't change the state of the Objects back to the way there where before you canceled.

It is fixed and ready for the next build.

Very cool utility!!

I did notice at the bottom, it states "Welcome to EQ2 Companion"...
you want to change to Henchman.

If you have a empty Run App List, press Add , Delete then Browse select a program and you get an error

just wokw up ssince w work midnights abnd was fiddling around...

the path is

Wasnt sure if i was supposed to put the file name in there too or not.

I get the following error when I start Henchman

Whitespace is not allowed at this location

This error was recieved with 2 different target/implied target pieces

(they were not on he list at the same time)

Landiin,

I would like to switch over to Henchman, but I am having some issues. It might be solved with an installation guide, is there a link for one?

I installed the Henchman program, and now I am trying to install Extreme into it, but I can't seem to find out exactly how. I start Henchman and go to the "Interface" tab and try to add one and I get a EDOMPraseError when I answer "yes" to the add to favorite question. I have downloaded the lu40/eq2 henchman compatible zip folder, and have extracted it to a UI folder.

anyone?

EDIT:
Nevermind, it wasn't working on the laptop, but when I tried it on the desktop it worked fine so far.

I'll get all these issued wrapped up tomorrow I hope! I've been playing like a mad man this weekend. I haven't played EQ2 in over 3 or 4 months, so finding it fun to play again is quite interesting.

When I log in to EQ2Interface and henchman is pulling the interface list I get the
EDOMParseError Error.

It says there is an unhandled error occured in TUIBase
XML document must have a top level element.

Hi celticht32, Could you post or PM me the UIs that are in you favorites list in the order they are listed in. That way I can try to reproduce the error you are getting and get it corrected as soon as possible.

there are none in the list at all.. I get this after a clean install with no custom interfaces loaded. was going to add some.. clicked add..selected add to favorites then got the error..
If I select no to not add to favorites it pulls up the website just fine.. if I close the window henchman's interface window has all of its buttons greyed out.. so 2 errors =)

EQ2 Henchman interface module works off your favorites list here on this site. If you have any UI's on your favorites list here, Henchman will try to load them if that module is selected. Ok With that said; What UI are you adding that gives that error?

I'll also check into the issue with the buttons being greyed out if you exit the add window.

there is nothing in my favorites list.. this is the first time I am running it.. there is nothing in the window at all.. so like I said I do an add and then it asks if I want to save it to my favorites.. if I answer yes I then get that exception if I answer no it loads the website.

Yes I understand this is the 1st time you have ran Henchman. But you could have added a UI to you favorites list here at this site and not with Henchman. I was just clearing it up, that it uses the list from this site. It does not keep a list of it's own.

Now that it is clear that you do not have any UI's on your favorites list here at eq2interface.com I can look at another block of code. However I still need to know what UI you where trying to add when you received the error. Once I know what UI you got an error with I can start debugging.

don't know why, but this dialog comes out everytime when I try login eq2interface.com with EQ2 henchman.

Oh' It is because of the & character in the name "ProfitUI Reborn StartButton AddON --SOGA & Translation button added--for International Server". You will have to removed that from your fave list untill the next build. I will try to get the next build out this evening around 6PM -6GMT or sooner being this bug is sort of critical.

After looking at the code, I will have to get with Dolby on this, the site is giving me the XML with char & and not & like it should be.
